Our Lord is very much alive in the writings From the Heart by Patricia Butler. She touched my heart with all her poetry; however, my favorite poem was “The Stranger”. God is no stranger. He is our Savior. Our desire should always be to celebrate the birth and life of Christ. Patricia is a teacher and a musician, but most of all she is a mother who loves her husband and children dearly. This is all obvious from her beautiful poetry. Her husband helps her also because he is alert and listening to God. Mona Neal
